Larry Weltman, an accountant by training, is a Customer Service Representative for Ontario-based AccessEasyFunds (AEF). The company provides an affordable cash flow solution to realtors. 
 
After graduating from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa, Larry began working as an accountant in the finance sector. He spent several years honing his business acumen in that industry before moving up to AEF, a company he was instrumental in growing to be a leading commission advance service provider to Canadian Realtors.. 
 
AEF came from a desire to help real estate agents find financial peace of mind in the fast-paced industry. The company provides agents with their commissions as soon as they make their sales firm, which alleviates the long period that agents typically must wait to receive their hard-earned funds. To date, AccessEasyFunds has provided advances on pending sales commissions on more than $9 billion worth of real estate transactions, a number that is only rising each day. 
 
Larry played a hands-on role in developing and implementing the business model and his love for his work at AEF shows. When Larry isn’t working to help his real estate clients, he enjoys spending time with his children and all things fitness related. He lives a healthy lifestyle and is an avid competitive runner who completed the Canada Iron Man race. He continues to work out. Additionally, Larry is also a diehard fan of Liverpool FC.

Weltman Consulting specializes in real estate sales and market consulting for realtors and brokerages. The firm helps clients to draft and modify business plans, manage cash flow and streamline administration.

Larry established Weltman Consulting when he realized the real estate sales market was undergoing major transitions, shifting toward more independent realtors who take on a majority of the business expenses themselves. Brokerages have faced additional expenses by way of compliance requirements while their cuts of commissions have shrunk significantly as competition has increased.
